Padmaja is the founder and president of a nonprofit, Parent Engagement for Active Child Enrichment
(PEACE). The 501 c 3 nonprofit organization coaches and guides families, particularly those from
marginalized populations, to enable and enrich children toward a positive and productive academic and

Padmaja has graduate degrees in Political Science, Special Education, and Educational Diagnostics.
Enriched with diverse professional experience, as a teacher, educational diagnostician, special education
program coordinator, and as an educational consultant for over 18 years, she has authored a number of
