Michelle Phillips serves as the staff executive working in the local Thunder Wolf District of the Boy Scouts. The Boy Scouts of America is a premier youth organization designed to help improve the lives of not only our youth members and their families but also their local communities. Their mission is to instill values of community service, character development, physical fitness, citizenship, and leadership training through organized, fun activities, adventures, and programs. The Thunder Wolf District is the local Scouting district serving the Sugar Land, Missouri City, and Stafford communities. The district currently has 31 local Scouting units serving both girls and boys from Kindergarten through 18 years of age.
