Michelle Lovelace has been a part of the Hope Fort Bend Clubhouse since its Open House in January 2017. She has served on the board of NAMI Fort Bend and received various Peer Certifications within NAMI Greater Houston. She attends monthly training of the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) as one of the guest speakers, providing insight to officers and responders regarding mental health in the community. She is a certified Mental Health Peer Specialist and CMHPS Supervisor. She now serves as the director of the Hope Fort Bend Clubhouse and utilizes her own lived experience within mental health to help create a peer-to-peer supported environment.
